Citroën CX Tire & Wheel Charts

The charts can be a bit daunting at first glance, so let's discuss how
to read them. You may want to open the animated instructions in a new window, to refer
to as you look at the tables.
Interpreting the charts
At the top of each chart is a silhouette of a car with "AM 85"", or "AM 86"", etc. This references the model year and model (sedan or break) the chart applies to.
The first table shows pictures of a tire and below that wheels (left of these is shown the torque value for the wheel bolts). On the row above the tire sizes you'll notice a number in a circle. This number is the code for that tire and wheel combination - it is used in the lower table.
Underneath the tire/wheel table is a small diagram of a car with five wheels pictured (including the spare). The front wheels are labeled "A", rear wheels "B" and spare "C". Again, this will be referred to in the tables below.
Following that diagram is a picture with the word 'BAR' under it, this is indicating that the column underneath shows the tire pressure for the particular tire/wheel/model combination. Calculate PSI from BAR
In the main table you will see a column with model designations, across from that are three columns. The first has the tire/wheel location letter, next the pressure in bars and finally the tire/wheel combination. Notice then a wider column, this specifies the maximum speed recommended for the spare tire when installed on the car. The next three columns repeat the first three, but have a optional tire/wheel combination.
